A Louisiana Native with a Passion for Cooking
The idea to start The Kreole Kid came about one hot, muggy summer evening during a visit with family and friends in Louisiana. I was at my nephew's house, and as usual, we were grilling. The conversation soon turned from hunting and fishing trips from days gone by to the lack of true "Southern Style" BBQ in my new home State of Indiana. Well, much research and time well spent and here we are starting the first phase of our dream, and a desire to conquer the Bobby Flay's of Indiana.
As a Louisiana native and proud of growing up in one of the nation's premiere cooking arenas, I naturally wanted the business to have a name that resonated "Southern", "Cajun", or "Creole". Something catchy and extremely unique. Then it hit me..."The Kreole Kid!"
The Kreole Kid predominately is an On-Site Catering Company that will also offer Southern Style BBQ, Cajun Cuisine, Specialty Sandwiches and various Seafood items as Concessions at various festivals throughout Indiana.
